Terms of reservation and conditions of cancellation

 

* According to the Italian law, dogs must wear muzzle and kept on a leash in public. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs per pitch 

Prices are per night

PRICES ARE PER NIGHT

The pitches are available from 11.30 a.m. on the day of arrival - on the day of departure we ask you to vacate the pitch by 11 a.m., otherwise an additional night of stay will be charged. You can settle your invoice the day before departure! In case you arrive later than 7 p.m. we kindly ask you to contact us.

***  flat fee RENTAL BATH and RENTAL BATH ROOMS
         for the period from 20.12.19 to 06.01.20

        - RENTAL BATH (5m²) € 210.00 incl. final cleaning
        - RENTAL BATHROOM (7m²) € 250 incl. final
          cleaning

…no matter for how many days the rental bath is booked, the all-inclusive price will be calculated within this period

Reservations

Written reservations can be fixed from 5 nights on, in high season from 7 nights on with a deposit for the confirmation. € 5,00 we take for reservation-fee. 

Cancellations are only accepted in written form! 

In order to avoid such trouble, we therefore recommend that you take our travel cancellation insurance for your stay, such as the Hogast insurance.
