Terms of reservation

CAMPING - Comfort pitches for caravan or camper:

Arrival: The booked pitch is available from 11.30 a.m.
Please let us know, if you arrive after 19.00 p.m., otherwise we can not guarantee the availibilty.

Departure:We kindly ask you to leave the pitch within 11.00 a.m., the privat bath within 10.00 a.m. otherwise we are constrained to charge you the fee for another day's stay.

We recommend to pay the invoice within 19.00 p.m. the day before leaving.

Booking conditions:

Binding and written reservation for caravans and camper can be fixed from 5 nights / 7 nights on during high season with a deposit;
€ 5,00 we take for reservation-fee.

LODGE and APARTEMENT

Arrival: from 15.00 p.m. until 20.00 p.m. Departure: within 09.30 a.m. 
 

Final cleaning - we reserve the right to charge a fee of € 150.00 for extended cleaning, if the apartment/lodge has been left in unacceptable conditions (dirty floor, dirty dishes and trash left behind).

With a binding reservation you accept our cancellation conditions according to §1382 Civil Code:

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated – however, we ar willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• -The deposit will not be refunded regardless of the date of the written cancellation.
• 39 to 7 days before reserved arrival day 80% of the total due of the reserved days will be charged.
• with less than 7 days prior arrival, late arrival and/or earlier departure, the total due of the reserved days will be charged.
• Cancellations are only valid in writing. The cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled accommodation or pitch is re-let, wholly or in part.
• We recommend the taking out of a holiday cancellation insurance policy to spare you (and us) trouble!
