All the way to Sciliar/Schlern
The hike from Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm to Sciliar/Schlern is one of the classic hiking tours in the resort. The tour starts at Saltner hut and leads past the "tourist trail" to Sciliar/Schlern hut and from there to the highest point of the Sciliar/Schlern mountain range, Pez/Petz peak. Return on the same trail. The total duration of this tour is 6 hours.
The loop trail to Hofer Alpl hut starts directly at the campsite. From there, continue to Laghetto di Fiè/Völser Weiher and Laghetto Huber/Huber Weiher, and then up to the hut via Tuff trail. With every step, the panorama gets grander. Return on no. 3 and no. 2 trails. This easy hike takes approx. 3.5 hours.
Hike to Murmeltier hut
This hike to the Alpine hut starts in Saltria (reachable by bus). First continue direction Monte Pana and then to the Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel wall base. The Murmeltier hut is a cozy place which is ideal for a relaxed stop. Return via Zallinger mountain refuge. This particularly family-friendly hike takes approx. 3 hours.
Hike to Monte Cavone/Tschafon
The hike to Monte Cavone/Tschafon starts directly at the campsite. The return path leads via Tuff Alpine hut to Hofer Alpl and then down to Monte Cavone/Tschafon refuge. Continue on no. 4 trail direction Tires/Tiers, where a hiking bus will take you back to Fiè/Völs. This panoramic hike takes approx. 5 hours and also serves as a popular mountain bike trail.
Oswald von Wolkenstein trail
The Oswald von Wolkenstein trail is a beautifully built themed hiking trail, which leads past 15 stations which tell of the story of the legendary South Tyrolean troubadour. The trail starts at the valley station of Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm cable car through Castelvecchio/Hauenstein forest to the castle ruins. This easy hike takes approx. 2 hours.
